Array Announces New Board Members

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA – Array Healthcare Facilities Solutions, a leading national healthcare architecture, interior design, planning and advisory services firm, is pleased to announce the following shareholders elected to the Board of Directors:

Lisa Naide-Lipschutz, AIA, ACHA, Senior Healthcare Planner; joined Array in 1985.  This is Ms. Lipschutz’s second appointment to Array’s Board.

Christopher Trotta, AIA, Array’s Vice President, Midwest Practice; joined Array in 2005.

George Shmidheiser, AIA, Array’s Vice President, Operations; joined Array in 2005.

Sherri Bowman, Array’s Vice President, Client Development; joined Array in 2005.

Two positions were elected to fill vacancies caused by the pending retirement of founding members Douglas Lindsay, AIA and Anthony Merlino, AIA.  To reflect Array’s continued growth, the additional positions were added to the previously six-member Board of Directors.  The remaining Board positions remain.  These members include Carl Davis; Udo Maron, AIA, ACHA; Patricia Malick, AAHID, IIDA; and Phillip Moffson, AIA.
