Christopher Trotta Named Shareholder and to Board of Directors
BEACHWOOD, OH – Array Healthcare Facilities Solutions, a leading national healthcare architecture, interior design, planning and advisory services firm, has named Christopher Trotta, AIA as its newest principal and shareholder. He also joins Sherri Bowman, Lisa Lipschutz, AIA, and George Shmidheiser, AIA as new members of Array’s Board of Directors.
Trotta joined Array in 2005 as Managing Director for the firm’s new Midwest office. He was quickly promoted to Vice President, Midwest Region and developed a successful growth plan for the office, its staff, and its clientele. Under his leadership, Array’s Midwestern team has experienced exponential growth in staff, revenue, and recognition.
“We established that office specifically to offer local service to a client undergoing a major capital expansion program,” said Array President, Carl Davis. “Since opening, we have always had high hopes for the success of our Midwestern office. Chris’s strong project management and client relationship talents have contributed to this growth”.
Work under Trotta’s leadership includes serving as Corporate Architect for University Hospitals. Operating as an extension of the hospital’s in-house staff, Array is managing the development of a series of capital programs including a new 200-bed hospital, a replacement facility for Ireland Cancer Center, and several major facility upgrades at Case Medical Center. Additional work includes a Clinical Decision Unit at Ohio State University Medical Center, and a cardiac suite at Dayton Heart Hospital.
Trotta, a Valley View, OH resident, received his BArch from Kent State University. Prior to joining Array, he worked for several firms in both Ohio and California.
