| Core Team Leader Ronald Pilgreen, AIA Ron has more than 23 years’ experience in healthcare design. He has developed specific expertise in emergency care design, replacement hospitals, and complex renovation projects, having completed projects in excess of $850 M in healthcare facility construction. He has first-hand knowledge of the operational aspects of healthcare facilities and utilizes this in-depth understanding to manage the planning and design of healthcare facilities in a cost effective manner. As the leader to one of four interdisciplinary and client-focused core teams in Array’s King of Prussia location, Ron supervises the progress of many of the firm’s largest projects. A principal and shareholder of the firm, Ron is the champion for each of his team’s projects, committing his knowledge and expertise as well as managing the resources for the entire team. |
