A long time project team leader within the firm, Phil now manages the quality control and assurance initiatives within the firm, ensuring that all deliverables adhere to current codes, conform to best practice design, and reflect Array's strategy-driven approach to project design. Phil is also Array's national client liaison for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, ensuring that the same service quality is delivered to the VA regardless of project team. |
