Although not an architect by trade, Carl uses his 25 years of experience in the A/E industry to successfully manage the tremendous growth of Array. Since joining the firm in 2001, when the firm was experiencing an extended period of stagnancy, Carl applied his strategic business training and experience in the dynamic A/E/C industry towards successfully navigating a series of critical changes aimed at elevating the growth potential, profitability and market penetration for the firm. Since joining the firm, he has been responsible for fiscal and information systems management as well as firm-wide strategic planning, business planning, and financial performance monitoring. Under his leadership, Array Healthcare Facilities Solutions has grown into a firm consistently ranked among the top healthcare design specialists in the nation.
